Misty Mountain Header Photo
The “misty mountain” photo in the header rotation is courtesy of Ben and Christy Bykowski, who post at http://www.christyandben.com/. I liked it because it instantly reminded me of the fabled Misty Mountains in Lord of the Rings. Turns out that shouldn’t be too surprising, since it was taken in New Zealand, somewhere between Christchurch and Geymouth.

Family photo in the About page
The family photo is courtesy of Maria Neels and was taken this past March. A few years ago we instituted a policy of taking a family photo whenever we’re all in one place at one time, as time passes so quickly. Well in about three years we’ve only taken three, and I think we’re all really appreciative.
